3. User Obligations

• Complete HIPAA and compliance training prior to access (if required by your role)

4. Service Availability & Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify features or suspend services temporarily for upgrades
• Introduce or remove AI modules with notice
• Update these Terms for legal, technical, or regulatory reasons

5. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated due to:

• Violation of terms
• Security incidents or compliance breaches
• Expiration of client agreement

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Data loss caused by third-party integrations
• Downtime due to force majeure or carrier outages
• Misuse of platform outside authorized access

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
